Oh My Goodness! Well I told you I had a luncheon in my last blog well everyone brought something and my friend Kerry brought this dessert that I just have to share with all of you!! It was the best thing I have ever tasted and will be so good for Thanksgiving so I wanted to share the recipe and maybe you can make it for your feast too! You will Thank me I promise!!
Pumpkin Crunch Cake
1 15 oz can of Pumpkin
1 Large can of evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups of white sugar
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp salt
4 eggs
Beat all of this together and mix well and pour into a greased
9x13 pan.
Take 1 Box of Yellow Cake mix and sprinkle over Pumpkin
Mixture
Sprinkle 1 cup of chopped pecans over cake mix
2 sticks of butter
Thinly sliced over pecans
Bake at 350' for 50 minutes
Serve with REAL whipped cream and add a little powdered sugar too!!
